Yan Xing

Yan Xing's art installations confound the esthetical norm by mixing and matching elements from a wealth of genres, media and styles. Xing is fascinated by early internet culture, the interaction between youth culture and technology, and marginalized identities in contemporary society. His extensive art practice seamlessly blends sculpture, installations, performance, video, photography and painting.

During his residency at Jester Yan Xing will develop a board game.
