Three exhibitions and an inauguration in one day
On Saturday, June 22, it's party time in Genk with the opening of two exhibitions at C-mine, the inauguration of a work of art in Jester's garden, performances, tours and much more!
For this occasion, C-mine and Jester are organizing a shuttle bus between Brussels (departure at noon at parking Wiels) and Genk - there and back of course. For the reasonable price of €15 you can travel along and participate in curator Valentina Bianchi's guided tour of Impossible Songs by Mikołaj Sobczak (PL), the inauguration of 'Sketch 2022-2024' by Alexis Gautier (FR), both at Jester, and the openings of the arts festival Any Way the Wind Blows and the exhibition As it (n)ever was by Athos Burez (BE), both at C-mine!
More information about the works at Jester can be found on the website (links):
'Any Way the Wind Blows' presents the work of both national and international artists at C-mine: Cyril Lancelin (FR), Kamiel de Waal (BE), 019 (BE), Haseeb Ahmed (US), Loulou João (BE/DRC), Dennis Tyfus (BE), Sharon Van Overmeiren (BE), Shirley Villavicencio Pizango (BE/PE), Winnie Claessens (BE), Plastique Fantastique (IT/KR), The RedBall project (USA), Zoro Feigl (BE), Karina Beumer (NL), Ada Güvenir (BE/TR), Lotte Vrancken (BE) and many more.
